Mary E. Banks

Mary E. Banks is Senior Vice President and National Director of Employee Relations for a major bank. In this role she has responsibility for labor risk management initiatives, affirmative action planning, and employee dispute resolution for the company’s 75,000 employees. A Houston native, Banks earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Oral Roberts University in 1980 and a master’s degree in management from Houston Baptist University in 1983. She earned her S.P.H.R. certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute in 1994.

Shows how women can do the business God calls them to do—inside or outside the home. Transforms the lives of women from the inside out. Teaches women how to balance family life with a career. Includes study questions with each chapter.

This study guide is designed to be used with the book The Multi-Faceted Woman by Mary E. Banks. Although the book has questions and scripture readings at the end of each chapter for individual reflection and study, this guide is primarily for use with small groups in a home or church study.

The study is designed to be completed in six weeks. Each study should take no more than 45 minutes in a group setting or 30 minutes in personal study unless you choose to take more time. The study contains leader’s notes to provide tips on leading a group discussion.
